1. Peanutbutter Kiss Cookies

Makes about 25 cookies
1 1/4  cup of peanutbutter, at room temperature
2/3 cup of light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
25 Hershey's Chocolate Kisses, foil removed

Before you start Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet with
butter.
Mix ingrediants
Mix in large bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, beat peanutbutter and
brown sugar until blended.
Add egg and vanilla and beat on medium until blended. Add flour and mix on
low speed until blended.
Roll the cookies into balls.
Use table spoon to scoop up a rounded spoonful of dough.Scrape dough in
palm of your hands and roll dough into a ball. Place the balls on prepared
baking sheet. Repeat, spacing the balls about 1
1/2 inches a part.
Bake and decorate cookies
Put baking sheet in the oven and bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, until puffed
and dry looking on the top. Using oven mitts, remove baking sheet from oven
and place on cooling rack.
Immidiatley place an unwrapped chocolate kiss, tip pointing up, in the center of
each cookie. Press down lightly to sink the kiss into cookie. Let cookies cool
for 10 minutes on baking sheet.
Move cookies onto rack with metal spatula and let cool completely.
